React Native Developer

We’re looking for a talented front-end developer to help us build beautiful headless e-commerce stores. If you’re keen to work for the world’s best ecommerce brands, level up your front-end skills and code in a modern tech stack (React, Next.js, Vercel, Typescript, Shopify/Shopify Plus, Medusa.js Sanity), this role is for you!

• Build dynamic, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js, ensuring excellent user experiences, fast load times, and mobile responsiveness.
• Develop custom e-commerce storefronts and integrate with Shopify or Shopify Plus using their APIs, Liquid templating, and third-party services.
• Leverage Medusa.js for headless commerce functionality, including products, inventory management, and order processing, building flexible and scalable solutions.
• Integrate Sanity (or other headless CMS solutions) to manage and retrieve dynamic content for websites and applications.
• Use TypeScript to ensure type safety and maintainable code across large, complex projects.
• Work with Vercel for seamless deployment, ensuring fast, reliable, and optimized performance of production websites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and project managers, to implement high-quality web solutions.
• Optimize web applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility, following best practices and web standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies, e-commerce trends, and best practices to ensure the team is building future-proof, scalable solutions

• Proven experience with React.js and its ecosystem, including component-based architecture, hooks, and state management.
• Strong knowledge of Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes for building dynamic applications.
• Expertise in TypeScript for type safety, maintainability, and developer productivity.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus, including theme development, custom storefronts, and Shopify API integrations.
• Experience working with Medusa.js to build headless commerce solutions, including managing products, inventory, and orders via APIs.
• Familiarity with Sanity (or other headless CMS) for managing and displaying dynamic content in web applications.
• Experience with Vercel for deployment, CI/CD, and performance optimizations.
• Solid understanding of modern web development practices, including Git, CSS, responsive design, and web accessibility (WCAG).
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques, such as lazy loading, image optimization, and code splitting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

• Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs for data fetching and integration.
• Familiarity with  headless architecture with Next.js.
• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS
• Experience working in agile development environments with tools like Jira, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Exposure to performance profiling tools such as Google Lighthouse and Web Vitals.
• Previous contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing your development skills.
