Senior Frontend Developer
We’re looking for a seasoned and proactive Senior Frontend Developer who can architect end-to-end technical solutions, contribute to strategic technical decisions, and elevate development practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance our solutions while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering production-grade, high-quality code.
- Analyze customer requirements to design technical solutions, plan development work, and create scalable architecture.
- Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle — from implementing business logic to final deployment.
- Actively participate in Agile processes, including demo sessions, Scrum ceremonies, and innovation workshops (Idea Talks).
- Contribute to project estimation and planning activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain code quality standards through peer reviews and comprehensive test coverage.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and integrating new technologies into our stack.
- Share your expertise through mentoring, conducting technical interviews, or speaking at internal/external events.
Technical Expertise and Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on web development experience with expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and CSSNode.jscessors (Sass/Less).
- Extensive experience with modern frameworks (React.js / Next.js, Angular / Vue.js) and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
- Proficiency with build tools, including Webpack (preferred) and Gulp/Grunt.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in practice.
- B1+ English proficiency, with experience communicating effectively with English-speaking clients.
- A continuous learning mindset and passion for staying current with technological advancements.
- Familiarity with state management (Redux/Flux) or GraphQL/Relay.
- Backend development experience with Node.js, RDBMS, or MongoDB.
