Delivery Associate


We’re seeking a Delivery Associate to manage technology services for our clients. This role bridges client needs with technical execution, combining service delivery, client management, team management, and cross-functional coordination across division

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations, building strong relationships, and resolving escalations
  • Lead end-to-end service delivery from ideation to implementation across solutions
  • Oversee project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across concurrent client initiatives
  • Develop service delivery roadmaps and strategies for technology initiatives
  • Own and prioritize service backlog to maximize client value
  • Track service KPIs, client performance metrics, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Validate strategies through A/B testing and analyze market trends for new service opportunities
  • Design and implement cross-company Delivery Framework to standardize practices and drive continuous improvement in delivery quality
  • Ensure successful delivery, high client satisfaction, revenue growth, and strong project financials while meeting P&L KPIs
  • Manage and develop junior analysts and developers through coaching, performance reviews, and strategic project assignments
  • Leverage expertise in technology stack (React, Node.js, React Native, Shopify, Headless Commerce, AWS) with strong project management capabilities
  • Provide regular stakeholder reporting and bridge client vision with technical execution
  • Support business development and client onboarding by identifying growth opportunities and optimizing service offerings
  • Maintain essential documentation including requirements, risk logs, and status reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • Contribute to the technical implementation of digital, eCommerce, DTC, and retail projects.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms and ecosystems such as Shopify Plus, Headless Commerce, OMS, PIM, CRM, CMS, and CDP.
  • Hands-on understanding of customer experience strategy, personalization, and conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with multi-region and cross-border commerce, including localization, tax, and compliance.
  • Experience collaborating with development teams across software, frontend, backend, cloud, and AI integrations.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering large-scale digital or eCommerce projects.
  • Experience in a client-facing agency role with proven project management and business analysis skills.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Practical experience in digital, eCommerce, DTC, or retail project implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of agile and classic project management methods and tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Jira).
  • Skilled in creating cost overviews, offers, and project documentation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Team-oriented mindset with experience leading interdisciplinary teams (Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking, bridging business and technology.
