Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting:
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage inventory accounting and reconciliation.
- Prepare financial reports, including cash flow statements and MIS reports.
- Conduct debtor and creditor reconciliations.
- Handle payroll management, including salary processing, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and compliance.
- Ensure timely filing of GST and TDS returns
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Perform financial analysis and prepare detailed reports to assist management in decision-making.
- Oversee the budgeting process, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct variance analysis to assess financial performance against targets and historical trends.
- Provide strategic recommendations on financial planning, risk management, and investments.
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury functions to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements to ensure the organization remains financially sound.
- Assist with audits, liaising with auditors to provide required documentation and information.
- Support tax preparation, compliance, and filings, ensuring adherence to all tax regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement finance-driven initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in processes.
- Lead and mentor junior finance team members, fostering growth and development within the department.
Business Analysis & Operations:
- Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements for ongoing projects
- Mind Mapping: Develop visual representations such as mind maps to outline workflows, processes, and solutions
- User Stories: Assist in writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria to ensure project clarity and deliverability
- Wireframing: Help create wireframes or prototypes using tools like Figma or Balsamiq to depict user interfaces and design concepts
- Data Analysis : Analyze project data, track trends, and generate insights to support informed business decisions
- Documentation: Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of business requirements, project goals, and solutions
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to the delivery of optimal business solutions
key Skills

Recent graduate or Post Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Passionate about business analysis and eager to learn in a dynamic environment

Basic knowledge of business analysis methodologies, including wireframing and user story creation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or other wireframing tools is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights for decision-making.

Assist in budget planning, cost analysis, and process improvements.

Work closely with teams to optimize supply chain, pricing, and profitability.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis (freshers with relevant internships may apply).

Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting.

Understanding of GST, TDS, Payroll Management, and compliance regulations.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
