Project Manager
We’re seeking a Project Manager to drive the successful execution of projects across our technology and marketing initiatives. This role is integral to ensuring seamless collaboration between teams, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management within the SaaS, technology, or performance marketing industry and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be responsible for aligning project goals with business objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency

Key Responsibilities
- Develop project approaches, budgets, and timelines based on client briefs, ensuring end-to-end execution within scope, time, and budget.
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, clarifying requirements, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams across locations, aligning internal and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Allocate resources effectively by collaborating with resource planning teams to optimize utilization.
- Identify project risks, proactively resolve issues, and maintain a problem-solving approach under pressure.
- Track project budgets, forecast financial needs, and take corrective actions to ensure profitability.
- Establish and refine project management methodologies, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by implementing best web practices and maintaining rigorous oversight.
- Provide strategic recommendations by understanding client businesses, goals, and challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaigns, digital strategies, and product roadmaps based on market trends.
- Effectively translate client feedback to designers, copywriters, and development teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Support client onboarding and business development by identifying growth opportunities and optimizing service offerings.
- Maintain essential project documentation, including risk logs, status reports, and requirement specifications.
- Optimize customer journeys, including onsite experiences and email nurture flows, to enhance engagement and conversions
Requirements
- You have at least 3+ years of experience in a client-facing agency-role
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- You have practical experience in the technical implementation of digital projects and/or e-commerce, DTC and Retail projects.
- You already have experience in (multi-)project management as well as the classic and agile project management methods and tools (e.g. Notion & Slack, Jira).
- You are skilled in the creation of cost overviews and offers.
- Design project plans with milestones and dependencies.
- Create re-briefings and document deadlines with clients.
- Work independently, on your own responsibility, in a structured and organized manner, characterized by a high sense of quality and a great sense of responsibility.
- See yourself as a team player and already have some experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA to achieve the common goal
